The food is good. What you expect from IHOP. It could better. The kids menu needs work. The side is a Mott's sugar free... applesauce in a package. We sat outside. The traffic was a little loud at times but not bad. Read more
My family and I visited this location following my son?s graduation from USMC bootcamp 7/8/22. The design of this location is... flawed. You have to walk slightly through a portion of the food prep area to be seated. The wait staff had no patience what soever and was rude. We should have left before ordering at the 1st sign of rudeness displayed. He rushed us on everything anddidn?t take the time to answer questions in regards to menu items. I would have understood if it was busy at the time but thatwasn?t the case. We?re from Texas so we assumed all people show hospitality as we do! We?ll one knows what happens when youassume! If I was ever in town again I wouldn?t return to this location. The pancakes were good but the eggs a bit over cooked.We had a party of 6 and prior to bringing the ticket he didn?t ask how we wanted to pay. It just wasn?t a pleasant experiencefor us. Read more

Really good breakfast! It's been a while since I've been to an IHOP, since the quality of both food and service had diminished... so much. Glad to say both have improved greatly! Order the French toast combo with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. TheFrench toast was really tasty, soft and flavorful. The eggs were cooked well as were the hashbrowns too. The bacon was a littleless cooked than I prefer (I like it almost burnt and crispy) but still good. The customer service was fantastic! Buttermilk pancakes mixed with strawberry and blueberry flavored liquid sugar syrup is the best with an ice cold glass of milk!... We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We were 2 out of 3 customers. We were seated immediately, served immediately, checked onfrequently and all done with a smile. Our order consisted of chicken & waffles, pancakes, hashbrown, sausage links, and eggs.Each of the items were prepared like the picture in the menu. It's breakfast food that is decent. No cartwheels or food winningawards. What I thought to be creative was the "split decision combo." Have you ever couldn't decide between french toast orpancakes? Or bacon or sausage? Well, finally that dilemma is over! Service was personable, quick, professional and courteous.A plus at this location, is that there is only booth seating inside. Although patio seating is available. The location offersplenty of parking but if there is a crowd, you are going to feel it. There's limited seating, space between the seating aislesis limited for passing through and it's a small restaurant. Rubio's is much larger. Heck. Am/Pm across the street is muchlarger. Moving along without distraction. Kids menu, QR menu options, and hand held menus are available. Staff complies withCovid expectations from what I had observed. The restaurant was clean. Had I known about that roach incident noted in anotherreview, I would have passed. There were no extraneous creatures in our food :) I eat at IHOP once a year. Breakfastcompetition is just too great and the prices are similar to better breakfast cuisine. However, I wanted the strawberry syrupthat I'm sure my tummy will pay for later. Enjoy your meal. I ordered the breakfast sampler, which is a plate of basic brunch with two pieces of pancakes. It?s not too oily and you can add... pepper and ketchup by yourself. I don?t quite like the sausages, they taste weird...but the pancakes are okay! Read more
The food that I ordered was really good. It was the "BOMBDIGGITY"! That means the food was that good. Other than that it was... cool, but there is room for improvements. It was Veterans Day when I went in, and I'm a Veteran. The Red, White, and Blueberrypancakes was a pretty good deal, but that can be improved. You should at least give the Veterans seconds and/or thirds, or letthem take their food with them if they wanted to, or had to, without charging. That should be free as well. Also, you shouldgive the Veterans more deals, way more deals than just the slab of 3 pancakes for free only the one time that they come in andeat. They should be offered seconds and thirds if they want it, not just that one little meal and then off they go. You shouldhave more food deals than just the Red, White, and Blueberry pancake deal, and more than just 3 pancakes if they wanted orneeded more, without any charges. The Active Duty, Reservists, and the Retired, Veterans. I am grateful, not trying to complainif that's what it sounds like. I'm just giving suggestions. IHOP, I'm telling this to you, too, especially you. I'm grateful,and Thank You, for doing this on Veterans Day, and I'm glad you're allowed to do this. Please continue to do this every year,and on other days, keep on offering Military Discounts. If you haven't been offering Military Discounts already, please start.Most definitely keep doing the free deal on Veterans Day, but please offer and give more deals and quantities for free. If aperson does have to pay for a certain thing, it should be a one time pay only. If they want a refill or refills, then theyshould get it, at no extra charge at all. The refills should be free.
