Ok so the first time we came here the service was great, the waitress we had was so attentive even though she was super busy she... rocked it. After the first visit it?s gone down hill. So we came back and the second time was not as great but we gave it a shotbecause the waiter was by himself so it wasn?t terrible. The last time we went was the WORST our waiter was HORRIBLE no joke, wewere trying to be understanding but this guy took 20 mins to just get our drink order, we were ready to order but didn?t botherto take it. We have a 1 year old so to wait it definitely tough to even go out. The table next to us had the same waiter and washaving the same issue and they had twins! I felt for them. We left before we even got the drinks (that took 20 mins). The firstwaitress is the only reason this place is getting 2 stars (she deserves way more) Read more
Very slow, but friendly service. Burgers way to much grease. Found a melted lid to a sauce container in meal. Offered comp meal... and 15% of entire bill... Not acceptable. Very disappointed and will never return. Read more
Last time I was in here there were dogs running around barking at each other and the waitress was rude and talked over... everything I tried to say. This time there are signs that say service animals only so no more dogs. Same waitress though, everytime I started talking she just start talking right over what I was saying. Food was good but I wasn't a fan of the service. Read more

European guy here, from what I've seen in this movies it is one of the most authentic American diner experience one can get. The... place is clean, cozy, staff is extremely friendly. As for food I tried Breakfast sampler and it was very good, looks kind oflike English breakfast but still has very American feel, pancakes and their toppings were also tasty. I like coming here for 2 reasons, the atmosphere is really nice from the ample parking outside to waking to ihop itself the... ambience is just priceless and it?s always clean. I personally prefer the food at original pancake house at Poway but I alwayscome here to feel good. It feels like Christmas already and it?s only November 12. Read more
Service was not good. The food was not good at all. They dint have fresh fruits except for oranges. Had to get up and ask for... alot of things even though the resturant was not busy. Dont think would wanna go there again. Read more
