Good ice cream but they were out of all the flavors I like
Delicious! You can taste that they use all natural ingredients. The pistachio ice cream is my favorite. The best that I have... ever tried from any ice cream place. There is no green dye added to it & the pistachios themselves are delicious. The mocha frapis also delicious! The staff was nice, patient, & helpful. I went to The Fashion Valley Shopping Mall to see my optometrist, Dr. Lin. While I was waiting for my appointment-I arrived... about a hour early-I thought that I'd go upstairs to the second floor to the food court, to purchase a smoothie. When I arrivedthere were about a dozen or so small restaurants that served common fast-foods that you see everyday, as you drive through SanDiego and a couple of specialty shops. I wanted a smoothie, as I am a vegetarian and prefer prebiotics, probiotics, smoothiesand other superfoods. They had a Haggen-Dazs however, they were out of smoothies; you don't run out of an advertised menu itemon a holiday! On Memorial Day? I asked a couple of other customers-as I wasn't familiar with the area and they directed me totwo other stores that sold smoothies; Pinkberry was right across the food court, so I went there instead. I can't scoreHagen-Dazs, because they didn't have what I wanted, so maybe next time, if I happen to be in the area and think about it, I'lltry again? Absolutely horrible!! I have a severe food allergy to peanuts and walnuts. I asked the girl if there were any nuts in their... Brownie a la mode and she said no there's no nuts then asked if I had an allergy. I went ahead and got it because the workerclearly said no there's no type of nut. While I was eating it, I bit into a walnut, my throat then began to burn and itchextremely bad. I then went to ask for my money back and asked to check their allergy list they told me that nuts aren't listed.If you or anyone you know has a food allergy I suggest you stay away from here. Shopped by for Free Cone Day which was great, nothing better than free icecream. Staff was friendly, icecream was great,... especially liked the coffee and chocolate peanut butter icecream. Nice to sit outside on a warm evening in the food court area. Read more
Terrible customer service. The employees (emphasis on Olivia) are rude, disorganized, and don't take ownership for messing up... orders nor make any attempt to make it right. The shake doesn't make up for the bad taste they leave in your mouth. Read more
The ice cream was everything I needed it to be ????. Fix the broken freezer / smell and please not asking the staff to be overly... happy but a smile or even a pleasant tone would be nice. Read more
