We really wanted to like this place as the atmosphere is really cozy. The issue came down the food and service. The food is... tasty but WAY to big of servings, likely to justify the high price tag. Does one really need 2 donuts and then two smalltenderloins of chicken? Balance was way off. Also our server changed without any notice which caused confusion and we waitedover 45 minutes after our plates were done for anyone to ask if we wanted our bill. We also had to wait 20 minutes for a strawand more water. Everything was a wait and had to be asked for. Don't come here with large groups, it just causes frustration andruins the experience. Best option would be to come to the bar with a friend or two, and simply grab a drink. Be prepared, drinkswere almost $20 each. Read more

We stopped in randomly around lunch and sat at the bar. The place was jumping. I couldn't imagine what breakfast / brunch... must be like on the weekend - crazy busy. We had a couple of appetizers and drinks. The service was solid. The food was verygood. Would definitely go back to have a full on meal (mental note.... check if they take reservations). Read more

Great service and great food!!! My husband and I went here at 8:30am and it wasn't busy by any means, so we were seated right... away. I ended up getting the French Toast Logs and it was delicious. If you're craving something sweet for breakfast then thisis it! It was deceptively filling - I was only able to eat two of the french toast logs and boxed the other half up and it wasjust as delicious the next morning. My husband ordered the house smoked beef brisket hash and he was not disappointed. The eggswere poached perfectly and the dish was boasting with flavors. Needless to say, he did not have any leftovers! Definitelyrecommend this spot - If I could, I would have ordered almost everything on the menu! Read more

Got the brisket burger/sandwich which is smoked in house and it was fantastic. Tender as can be, the barbecue sauce wasn't... overly sweet like 90% of generic sauces are, it was perfect. I got a side salad because if I got fries I would have been in afood coma, the portions are huge! They were great with allowing the dog inside, they even gave the pup a water cup. The amazingcustomer service and the gorgeous venue will keep me coming back here for a long time. Plan for a tiny bit of a wait even with areservation, it's a busy spot on weekends. Read more

Food and service was both equally amazing. As for prices, you definitely get more than expected with the breakfast items, the... rest of the menu is fairly priced but on the pricey end of things. My kids ordered the French toast logs, and silver dollarpancakes (adult serving). Both said their food was fluffy through out all of it, and my youngest said they were the bestpancakes he ever had. I ordered the salmon board. Not only did the salmon melt in my mouth but what they put on it to caramelize(I think it was brown sugar) enhanced the flavors so much. We also ordered the portobello fries. My boys don't like mushroomsbut loved these. I love mushrooms and thought these were amazing and will try to make them myself. I also ordered the key limepie and it was the perfect blend of sweet and tasty and had the consistency of cheesecake (which is how prefer it). Our serverwas Claire, and she was very kind, accommodating (we were a party of 10, with lots of kids), and professional. She entertainedthe kids, got all of our orders down flawlessly, and kept us very informed on the status of our food as well as just checking tosee if we needed anything else. Highly recommend this establishment. Read more

Yummy food with a beautiful presentation. I really enjoyed brunch with my coworkers. We sat outside in our own 'cubical style'... table that faced the road. Service was good and the food was delicious. Read more

Friend made a reservation to dine here. Pretty decent brunch spot. The presentation is definitely there, but I thought the taste... was just okay. My friend and I ordered the iced and hot latte, which was pretty good. Although, they didn't have a sugar traybut instead I got 1 packet of brown sugar and 2 regular sugar packets. The blueberry silver dollar pancakes were delicious. This is my favorite dish here so far. Then we got the the beef brisket hash and the beef brisket popover, which we realizedafter it came out are essentially the same dish, but the difference is that the hash has a toasted bread and the popover has, well, a popover and some asparagus (the popover is the muffin looking dough). The texture of the brisket was good. Not too softbut not crunchy. The potatoes were very buttery and deliciously soft. However, something felt like it was missing to bridge thetaste of the brisket and the rest of the contents of the dish. We also got the fried chicken and doughnut. The maple doughnutwas good, but the fried chicken was kind of dry and bland. Another stark difference in flavors not quite complementing eachother. (Like how seasalt caramel drinks work, maybe there's a balance of sweetness and savory that is needed?) Overall, thebill came out to about $100+ for the above described items, and it was a very heavy okay meal. Read more

I've eaten here twice and both times the service was disinterested at best. I tried the mushroom fries and felt sick afterwards.... Tried the famous make bacon donuts and they were surprisingly good. Not sure if that's enough of a draw to try this for a thirdtime. It's too expensive to be treated like you really don't matter to the business. Read more
