Kasey, the manager, was freaking spectacular! Postmates dropped the ball on one of our orders, I called in and without... hesitation she made sure we got our food. We weren't expecting a free meal, but she made sure we got comped for theinconvenience. The best part, actually extremely touching from a guy who runs his own business was how quick her team was todefend her. I told them that I was going to post a review and they thought it was going to be a bad review because of ourexperience but she made it all better. The fact that her team stuck up for her speaks volumes about her character. Read more

Okay we are first timers to five guys. What?s the big deal with them? I ordered the bacon cheeseburger all the way and it was a... good burger but was it $12 good? No, no it wasn?t. It was in and out good, it was Wendy?s good, but it still wasn?t $12 good. Iknow the cows were fed beer and given daily massages and hoof manicures and had their noses kissed by little grey haired ladies.They weren?t? Really, so why is the burger so expensive? So to top it all off my Jedi princess ordered mushrooms and bacon onhers and didn?t get either one. Boy was she ticked! it was all I could do to keep her from drawing her light saber and mowingthem all down. And they didn?t even have DrPepper! What?s the matter with this place bad first impression. Love 5 guys! The burgers are real meat unlike the fast food places and are always really juicy. Plus you can snack on free... peanuts while waiting for your food! You can customize the order however you want. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting.The staff are equally nice and make the over all visit enjoyable. This Five Guys was very clean, friendly, prompt, and never crowded. They are always generous with their fries. Their burgers are... freshly grilled when you order them. I have no complaints in how their food tastes. Unlike In-N-Out, you can really taste thesmokey flavors of grilled beef. This Five Guys has a Coke Freestyle machines. The venue is also located next to a Yogurtland soit's easy to pick up a sugary dessert after your meal. I recommend this place if you are craving a customized burger that is astep above fast food. Ridiculously expensive for a family. I used come here a lot, but now even a little cheeseburger is $9.19 before tax. For two... adults and a child, with no fries, no drinks, +tax+tip, that was $34. It's good food, but $$$. My wife said it was almost emptywhen she went to pick up our food, and I'm not surprised. Read more
