Honestly I am not the complaining type, yet this Filiberto?s location definitely needs this feedback! Where do I begin, apart... from receiving what I didn?t even order. This truly just was about the worst Mexican food I?ve ever attempted to eat? The cookshould be ashamed of themselves. Three different combinations of food and all were soaking in oil. Even a quesadilla was soakingin it. I?ve never heard of anyone having to even cook a quesadilla in oil. At the drive thru speaker was an hour wait alone.Worse customer service, food, and overpriced! Never again!! For the wait I was expecting the food to at least beedible. Order: 1. Beef Burrito and cheese enchilada combination. = Received a cold oil soaked enchilada, and tacocombination. 2. Carne Asada quesadilla. = Oil soaked quesadilla. 3. Carne Asada chimichanga. = Chimichanga smothered in oil,no exaggeration. I know you require frying it, yet it tasted like oil flavored burnt chimi. Two Door Dash orders? Two disappointing meals. They don?t pay attention to detail. If you order drinks or sauces, they just... don?t arrive. Food was cold and lacking flavor. I paid extra for sour cream and 2 diet cokes and actually contacted therestaurant to make sure they did not forget again, and they just never arrived. Plus, it took so long, everything was cold. This was the worst breakfast burrito I have ever seen. It was burnt there was no eggs a glob of cheese so much burnt tortilla... and the salsa was literally water. Bought a beef taco this evening and it barely had any meat inside of it. The taco was so light, I checked the box to make sure... it wasn't empty. After getting home and opening it up, half the meat was burnt from being in the fryer. There was little meatleft that wasn't burnt. Definitely don't recommend this place. Read more
