Had the #13 Carnitas Plate. Food was great. Cool little spot in University Heights. Seating is limited, but timed things... perfectly and got a seat outside. Parking is on the street only, be prepared to parallel park. Read more
First time here, excellent breakfast burrito. Most tasty fluffy eggs I've ever had from a Mexican restaurant. Just to clarify... some things I read in some other reviews. This place is not cash only, they do accept cards. And there is no salsa bar, howevertheir red and green salsa are better than most Mexican restaurants in the area. Best chicken burrito in San Diego is the El Zarape burrito - big claim to make but this juicy chicken + pasilla peppers + creamy... cheese PLUS the amazing red sauce is my go-to stop every time I visit SD.
