Stopped for delicious food to spend the afternoon at dog beach San Diego
Luz and Damien changed my El pollo loco experience forever. That's customer service personified. Everything ran smoothly even... though it was sort of busy. Even though one of her workers was new Luz did what true leaders do. She educated not scolded orembarrassed her worker.i also watched maturity beyond the years that Damien has in him. I had forgotten how much I loved this place. Got a meal just to eat on the plane. Everyone was jelly. The crew was Hispanic and... I absolutely love listening to them roll their R?s. El Pollo is one of my fav places to eat but there aren?t any outside of California that I?ve seen so I was excited to get off... that plane and get me some . Well, I don?t know what happened to this locations food but the chicken was dry. I?m like ok maybeit?s because I stopped by late thru the drive thru. Went back the next day and went in and said give me some freshly cookedchicken. He said it?s all fresh . Ok, I can see that so I get back to my room and the chicken is dry again and overcooked.
