We visit this place everytime we are in San diego. The food is great and service is great too. Definately try the smoked Marlin... taco (It's the best). Outstanding Mexican food in a friendly neighborhood environment. The smoked marlin taco is delicious with flavorful marlin and... pan roasted red peppers on a rustic corn tortilla. The red salsa is rich and garlicky and the green salsa is earthy and spicy.The beans are creamy with an amazing depth of flavor that reminds me of homemade chicken stock that simmers all day. The rice isfluffy and accentuated with corn, carrots and green beans. The house margarita is sweet and refreshing. They also serve an alllime margarita.
