Order a pickup, arrived early and waited until I realized people who were ordering long after the time my food was due were... getting their orders and watched as the type I ordered was getting lower. Asked and they had deleted my order off the prep menubecause they had no clue how to make the pastries and decided to make none of it instead. By the time they got back to my foodthey had given out everything I had ordered. Bad attitudes, poor management, and worse customer service. Go anywhere else if youcare to get what you actually ordered or at all. Read more

Came here with my family to enjoy breakfast. There were flies everywhere and it was uncomfortably hot inside for it being 90°... outside. I asked for an egg white, bacon, avocado and tomato sandwich on everything. I get my sandwich and it only has avocadoon it. Nothing else. I asked for it to be remade and it was remade incorrectly on a plain bagel. I didn?t want to bother againso I just ate it. 06/07/2022 Giving this chain one more try. But visiting a different location as I love their everything bagels. I ordered an... everything bagel with plain smear and small coffee through the app. My order was ready upon pickup. The dining area and coffeedispenser area were dusty, dirty and the restroom was not clean. I'm appalled that food is prepared, served and eaten here. Thehodge podge of goodwill tables and chairs lining the outside is unattractive. Especially since sitting out on the walkway wouldbe enjoyable in the mornings. Read more

I was in last week before work. Ordered half dozen ????, a small coffee plus 2 hashbrows. Only to realized once I got to work... they had only put 1 ashbrown instead of 2!
