Really fresh fish and I say that with emphasis. So many SD spots just recycle old junk but everything I've had from here taste... legit. The ultimate test is spicy tuna. Most spots take the tuna on the way out and chum it up with some sriracha so you can'ttell it's off. Here the spicy tuna tastes refreshing. ???? Read more

This place has the the best sushi I?ve ever had in my entire life. I?ve completely given up on going anywhere else, because no... other place can compare to Edamame Sushi. It?s Fresh, and I mean so fresh the salmon sushi melts in mouth giving you aexperience that you will crave again and again, and don?t worry, if sushi is not to your or another?s taste I recommend theirsalmon teriyaki dinner, it?s amazing as well. They close at 2:30 pm on weekdays but reopen at 4 every day except Sunday, so makesure you go when they are open. They deliver such quality for such a good price I dine every week or do takeout. Highlyrecommend, you will Love it. Read more

My family and I have been going to Edamami for a few years now and we love it. It is a fantastic sit down restaurant and they... always make you feel as if you are at home. The food there is great, and even if you aren?t a fan of sushi they have many moreoptions that are amazing. My brother isn?t a huge fan of sushi but he loves the beef bowl. We go to Edamami a few times a weekfor a nice, and peaceful dinner. All of the employees at Edamami are amazing and so sweet. Even throughout this entire pandemicthey have stayed consistent with how they do things, but they still make sure that everyone is safe and healthy. The seatingoutside is very comfortable and quiet. Everyone that has gone to Edamami has loved it for the same reasons that I do. I am soglad to have Edamami in Tierrasanta, it is one of my favorite restaurants. Read more

I checked out this place soon after they opened at 4PM on a Thursday. There were already customers waiting for their orders. All... of the staff were busy and in good spirits, preparing food, answering the phone, cleaning, etc. It?s always a good sign to see asteady flow of customers and busy staff. I ordered the soft shell crab, calamari steak dinner (Includes a salad and miso soup, gyoza dumplings, California roll) and a sushi roll called the ?ex-girlfriend.? Amongst the common sushi rolls they have theirhouse specialties, some with fun names like ?hot lips?, ?heart attack?, ?sin city.? Everything tasted fresh, preparedperfectly and delicious! The soft shell crab is served whole and the calamari steak was tasty and tender. Personally, I?d changethe name of my sushi from ?ex girlfriend? to ?mistress? it?s that good ???? Andrew took care of me and is very nice andprofessional. I believe Eunice is an owner/manager. She made sure I had enough condiments and threw in a little surpriseedamame. I?m looking forward to trying their other menu items. Read more
