Terrible experience, I just went through the drive thru of this Dunkin and all I got from the start was attitude. From the lady... who took my order to the guy who gave me my order was full of attitude. The doughnuts were cold and hard like they were madelast night. The coffee was barley warm like it had been sitting out for a while. I have been to quite a few Dunkin?s across theU.S. and in other countries and this Dunkin is by far the worst. I don?t know what kind of professional environment themanagement here is trying to foster but I can tell you they missed the mark by an entire galaxy. Read more
Horrible customer service the sign at the front door specifically says they open at 5:00 am I was standing there for... 10min after 5:00 and the two girls inside wouldn't say anithing and they knew I was standing there! they never open thedoor so I decided to go on the drive thrue and I got my donuts but the didn't said a single word,horrible customer serviceand on top of it donuts are not that good. Every website and sign says it opens at 5. I?ve been here since 5:45 and they?re taking customers through the drive through but... won?t open the door for walk-in customers. Is my money not the right shade of green? Read more

The room was very nice. Seemed like it was remodeled from the last time we had stayed. The mattresses need to be replaced... though. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The first morning at 8 they were out of coffee and there were 3 dead eggs left.They were stuck to the pan. The sausage was very good. We ate elsewhere the rest of the days and got coffee from the office. Read more

Best Dunkin experience so far! I'm new to the app experience (and terrible with technology) so I ordered from the app after I... already pulled up to the parking lot (I'm dumb). I realized I forgot a drink, so I went inside immediately and Gretchen wasalready working on my order. Gretchen was so friendly and helpful! She made the most delicious latte I've had in a really longtime. The customer service at this location is top notch! I only tried it out because my usual location is temporarily closed.But I think I'll switch to this location for good! Read more
