I have no idea the workers name but I walked up around 0800, I noticed there were no donuts in the racks but they were near the... drive thru window. I was curious if they had enough donuts to make a dozen. I politely said "excuse me" to a female worker. Shedeliberately looked at me and turned her back to me. I stood there for a moment wondering if she just didn't see me, I kepttrying to get her attention but she was just plain rude and did not care. She kept her back to me and when she did turn aroundshe did not want to make eye contact with me. Just completely unprofessional. Read more
Every time I come through, they mess my order up. My coffee is NEVER correct the first time. I don?t know if the person taking... my order puts it in the computer wrong, or if the person making it doesn?t read the screen properly. I end up having to goinside (defeating the purpose of having a drive through) and explaining what happened and what I ordered and what I actuallywant three or four times. There have been multiple times that when I went inside to have my drink corrected they told me thedining room was closed due to lack of staff and that I would have to wait in line again. A 14+ car line. Absolutely not. Screwthis place. Today was just the last straw. Three coffees, three broken straws, and an incorrect donut assortment later, I don?tthink I?ll ever go back. I would give 5 stars but my only "issue" is that they do not ever have the munchkin donuts ever. I'm not sure if they're not... making them still? There than that this is a great location. Friendly and respectful staff! Read more
I ordered an iced latte and a donut. I waited 10 minutes while multiple orders after mine came out. I thought to myself to be... patient but after multiple other orders after mine came out I approached the young man taken orders asking if he could check onmine. He asked what I ordered and he said it would be right out. I waited another 5 minutes and nothing. I finally grabbed theattention of one of the girls behind the counter (mind you another one completely ignored me, I know you heard me) and askedagain. She asked me again what I ordered and I told her. This time they finally gave it to me. I was order 502 and they were onorder 531 by the time I got mine.
