MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called to ask about pricing online. Got a phone call back from Francesca. I asked her why the... prices were different online. She told me google shows their lunch menu, not their dinner, which is raised in priced by about adollar or so. Ok no biggie. But? they also forgot to include utensils on a to-go order. In my opinion, for an expensive place asthis? they can afford to throw in utensils without customers having to ask. If I?m paying for the meal as if I were to eat andI?m still tipping then yes include my utensils PLEASE! Francesca, whom I asked if she personally handed my husband the order inwhich she replied no? said that she was certain that who ever served the order for to go asked him?.. ummmmm ok since you werethere, right? It not like the person could have forgotten since it?s so busy ?. For the food?. Worst ?Italian? food ever! Gotthe fettuccine with mushrooms ? they put a slice or slices of processed cheese on top and either put it in the microwave or theheat lamp to melt and it turned into just grossness. Pushed that to the side and tried another bite and I almost CHOKED ON THESKIN OF THE GARLIC CLOVE!!! Are you kidding me?!?!!! The beans in my husbands soup were undercooked? the bread rolls were coldand raw like. Not even a warm dinner roll?!!!!! What kind of malarkey is this?!!! this place seems like they can?t kee up withtheir ?authentic ? food making and the volume of customers. Extremely disappointing! Extremely expensive and extremelydisgusting. Very skimpy in portion. As you can see in the, poor excuse of an owners response. I?m just having a bad day andruining it for everyone else?! Ummm did you see the pictures? Didn?t we speak over the phone and you couldn?t guarantee that myhusband was in fact asked if he needed utensils?! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Southern CA. I have had many business trips in the area and stop here every time. ... This time I was in town for the Air Show and was able to bring friends and family. They did not disappoint. Fresh pasta, buildyour own or order one of the menu items. This place was awesome and authentic! I love how they make everything from scratch and you can build your pasta. You choose what... pasta, sauce, and protein you want. The sauces are amazing too! I got clams with the Superalfredo Sauce (cream, roasted garliccloves, pepper, and shaved parmesan) and gnocchi. I also tasted the Formaggio Sauce (light cream sauce with blue cheese"gorgonzola") with gnooci and sauteed mushrooms. Both bomb! For appetizers we got the Bruschetta Colorata (homemade "piadina"bread, goat cheese, & marinated bell peppers) and Calamari alla Diavola (calamari sauteed in our spicy marinara sauce). Myfavorite was the Brushetta, it had a lot of different spices it seems that gave it flavor. The Calamari was different, it's notbreaded like I am used to and it was kind of like a soup, but good. Everyone liked dipping the bread in the sauce. For dessertwe had the Flourless Chocolate and Almond Cake, and the Tiramasu (Savoiardi Biscuits soaked in expresso and topped withMascarpone Cheese Sauce). Our favorite was the Tiramasu, so yum! The place was busy so probably you should come early if you have big groups. Amazing pasta, their noodles everyday homemade you... get to choose which noodles you would want and sauce . Small comfortable place to have delicious authentic Italian food. They serve freshly made bread with olive oil on the side. The... bread is right out of the oven and it?s amazingly good. The server shows you the different pasta they have to serve and youchoose the one you want in the plate style you choose. The presentation of the main dish is superb. The first bite along withevery other bite is delicious just as the first one. Parking was good at the time we went and didn?t have a problemwhatsoever. Authentic Italian pasta! They make new noodles everyday from which you get to choose from and then pick the sauce you would like... on them. I chose the pesto with chicken on green fettuccine. My niece loves this place. The only thing I didn?t really like wasthe chicken, I know it says it?s organic but the taste wasn?t too great for me, it was too strong & too much grease at thebottom from the pasta.
