Unfortunately as much as I love Costco this one is poorly run and short staffed. Huge lines for checkout and self checkout. Over... a 30 minute wait for one piece of pizza on a Tuesday night. Gave my receipt to someone else and cut my losses. Read more

Much better since the automated pay kiosks were installed. Called ahead for pizza around 17:35, said it would be ready 20 min... later (just before closing at 18:00). When I arrived around 17:50, was already done and waiting in the rack. Currently becauseof public health crisis, only cheese and pepperoni available for pickup. Still as good as ever! I really enjoy going to Costco with the family for our everyday needs. The food court is one of the best places to go to get hot... and ready food. Workers are always friendly even though it super busy during lunch time, they always have a smile on their faceswhen I?m there. The one issue that I have is the rudeness of the customers, that are standing in line, you?re the reason theyhave low star rating. Many times, I would hear someone say, ?The staff is slow and have no clue of what they are doing?. Really, is this McDonald?s!!! Are you that hungry to a point that you need your food that very moment??? I just nod and laugh tomyself. If your reading this, please stop arguing with the staff, don?t tell them that they are slow and that you need to openmore windows. ?Think?, this is time you?re taking from everyone else in line with your little drama.
