I have gone to this location on San Diego Ave several times now. Following there schedule on there website and being there. The... website says 11am..went there not open...went there another time this Saturday around 1pm not open. Everytime we stay at the hotel right above Cold Stone, we always come here. Never have we been dissapointed! Super clean... establishment. Yes the lines are long but hey, It's Cold Stone! The staff is always friendly and patient, specially to my 3Boys. There was a promotion through Nintendo Switch and there were some Nintendo Figurines on display, my oldest son asked howto get them. Unfortunately they were not For Sale, a employee took them as display. This employee went above and beyond toadversite for the promotion...who does that?! Super awesome! If you are going to have publicly posted operating hours, at least abide by them, got here at 9:50 to order with both my wife... and daughter and the place was already closed. If your staff wants to go home early, then change your closing time to reflectthe time you stop taking orders. Gas isnt cheap and it sucks to drive feom La Mesa to this. Read more

Great Ice cream! Not crowded, lack of condiments, but for the most part no complaints. You have to pick perfect combinations.... Chocolate there is too strong. But the coffee, and pistachio flavors are amazing! Love the waffle cones. Employees were nice andgreeted us. Read more
This is a tiny corner location, so there are no seats inside the building. They do have a few outdoor benches you can use,... though. The employee was very nice and she gave a very generous portion of ice cream even though we both ordered the smallestsize available ("Like it"). The store is clean and well kept. Great spot for a quick treat if you're exploring Old Town. Read more
