I?m only giving this place 1 star because the staff we did interact with was very friendly. BUT. This place STANK like a dirty... bathroom, I thought it was because of the restrooms but no the restrooms smelt better than the play area. The food was HORRIBLE.Our pizza and wings were still frozen. Super clean and all of the games worked! Love the color instant photo machine ( great pics). They had some cool games I haven't... seen in my town and most importantly it didn't have the funky cheesy and dirty smell that most C & C's usually wreak of. 5 starsjust for that alone not to mention the friendly and cordial staff members! My son?s 6th birthday party was at Chuck E Cheese on Rosecrans last night and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly,... attentive, and organized all the staff were. The manager Stephanie called me the day before to go over details and met uspromptly when we arrived. She and Lupe, another courteous and kind team member, were always checking in, refilling drinks, andmaking sure we got the most of our experience. My son had the best birthday and it was very low stress for me. A win-win! Read more
Great fun for kids. Its so much better to get it by the minute card 30 min. 9.00 bucks all they can play. 2 kids had a blast for... 9 bucks we were there for an hour. On the way home they fell asleep. ? have fun Read more

The staff was really kind. They were on it:-) !???? But what i did not like was the *smell* of the place. The place smelled... stale or --- sour. Like some baby milk was poured ---so much over the carpet, and no one ever cleaned it up. SOUR . . . STALE .. . unpleasant . . . SMELL. . . Read more
