I'm here today Sunday and it has neen my worst experience. The attendants like a robots , No smiles seem so unhappy to be... there. seem she was in a daze, serve or dump spoon to plate very sloppy she droop food around serving area. This is our go to Chipotle and honestly we couldn't be happier. For whatever reason this location tastes better than most. The... guacamole is always tasty and their burritos are super juicy and oh-so plump. They also always get our orders correct when webuy through their app. Today I tried their latest limited time only meat, Garlic Guajillo Steak (this replaced their amazingpollo asado). Crazy tender with a nice well marinated chili flavor. It was on the spicy side but not sure it was just me sinceI've been in Spain for the last 2 weeks, no spicy food there. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant. They always have great, savory foods. Today, my customer service wasn't that great. I was... showing a friend around and wanted to have her sample the food here. We came in to order 2 single tacos (made on the side of thetortillas). They told us they aren't supposed to do that. Even though I've recently seen TikTok videos that have gotten theirtacos that way. I came here over a month ago , as soon as i walked in i alreay felt a bad vibe and i had no iea what it is an this was my first... time going to this place and my mom didnt have her car on her and was wonering how she could pay online or through a servce thatrequires it online so she asked the eployee who by the way was the only reason i even gave this reveiw two starts because if itwasnt for his postive and ready to work attitude i would give zero! but we ask him and he says let me ask my manager the mangerwalks past and i forgot what she said to him but she had a terrible attitude and she even snapped at them and the young manapologized for her terrible attitude! absoulty first red flag then once we firgured out how to order our food the lady at thefront who was working the register also copped an attitude not sure her name but she had on decent makeup she then asked if wewanted to speak to her why would we want to speak to soeone with a terrible attitude and i not the only one everyone in thesereviews is complaing about her not sure her nae but i remeeber her last was ruiz! and lastly i would rate the food 7.8/10because it was a bit cold and they but way to much guac. Also love that the bathroom was clean and somewhat was the diningtables and chairs. god bless that young man who checked on us and helped us order or food , this was my first time even downtownand to experince this was terrible. Excellent burritos and bowls, made to order like Subway, but for Mexican-American food. My friend and I usually get a... double-wrapped burrito and split it. We like to eat there because it's inexpensive and healthier than other fast food options. Read more
