Ordered through the chipotle app. They brought the completely incorrect order. It wasn't the fault of the doordash guy,... because the bag had my name on it, but the contents inside were completely wrong. They brought us someone else's order. Spent45 minutes trying to get a human being on the phone or on the chat online. Both my husband and I were calling nonstop, andtrying to reach an agent through the online assistant. We were never able to reach anyone. Absolutely worst customerexperience of my life. Edit: editing my review to 4 stars because chipotle Completely refunded us and gave us additionalcoupons after we filed a complaint. Would love to see a better customer experience flow implemented.
