Ok. So it?s not just me. Been to this location several times. All manners of getting food are slow and inefficient and not in... line with CFA standards. Last time I was here I placed a mobile order prior to arriving and selected curbside for pickup. Afterarriving and checking in, I sat in the car (with my two small kids) otherwise I?d have run in and got it. Also didn?t do drivethru thinking this would be quicker. Finally, I had to unload them and haul them inside to grab the food and decided to givefeedback to the manager. I explained that my multiple times eating here there was issues with orders and efficiency and herresponse was ?omg. We were just discussing that. How would you fix it?? As a leader/manager I know several ways to fix it, butout of not being rude I simply said, there?s a couple people standing around with a clear view to the cars parked for curbside.Her response was ?oh but they can?t leave this station or see out there.? I looked back and saw a clear line of sight to my carand bit my tongue at the excuse. Another fix would be for the managers standing around talking about how to fix it to get busyand expedite some orders. Honestly this location is a mess and needs to be shut down until they can sort out the processes andlevel of service that is the trademark of the CFA brand. Read more

Super nice establishment (clean, well-kept, nice bathroom), but super disappointed with the puny chicken nugget meal. I'm not... won on the food. Read more

I wanted to update my review because unfortunately the service and speed is still not what I have come to expect from a chick... fil a. I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt the first week assuming they were new at it and still working out thekinks however, today was the last time I think I will be going to this location for a while. I placed an order for curbsidepick up, I arrived at the location and from the moment I arrived until I received my food (2 salads and chicken nuggets) it was25 min. I would have been better off going to a different location because they always take this long when I do a pick up. I goto this location because of the convenience of it being close to where I live which I won't do anymore because it's not evenworth it. On top of my order taking 25 min I received the incorrect dressing that I requested and didn't receive any silverware.Hopefully in a few months when I finally decide to go to and try this location it's improved drastically. Old review From thefirst week of opening: I've gone the past 3 days in a row since they opened. I love the food and the great customers service.Everything was really good quality. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because today I ordered breakfast and I ordered asausage egg and bacon muffin but they gave me a sausage egg and bacon biscuit by mistake. I understand how the mistake couldhave happened, since they opened they have been full all day. Again, that's my only complaint. Everything else was great! Read more

Avoid this location. Chik-fil-a is too expensive to be doing stuff like this, mcdonalds sure I wouldn't be annoyed over a... sandwich like this but for around $20 for a horribly put together sandwich, soggy nuggets with soggy fries and a small shakethat was the only somewhat decent thing about the meal..I've never had chik-fil-a and this solidified me still not wanting to goto any of their locations. I live in the area. I come regularly. They are not fast like you would expect from chick FIL a, ever. This morning at about 6:40... I placed my order and sat there for about ten minutes without moving. There were about five or six cars in front of me. Notmoving. I had to back out because I have to work, and the car in front of me also backed out of the drive thru. This NEVERhappens at the other two chick FIL a in the area. I have been putting off writing this review hoping they would get it together. The service is awful at this location. Customers... are not their number 1 focus. Poor service, slow service and a few of the employees are not happy to be there. No smiles, no mypleasure. A several times my order has been incorrect and drinks are rarely marked. This morning, I did a mobile order for themto bring it to my car curbside. Service was slow and after at least 15 minutes the app said employee was on the way with myfood, another 5 minutes goes by and I had to end of going in myself and get it and there it was sitting on the counter with nointent to deliver it to me. Then an employees sees me grabbing my items and says ?Thank you?. Please for the sake of yourcustomers get it together. I could go on and on about other experiences at this location but you get where I am going this is.Mimic Eastlake and their customer service. I know this location is new and all? but I have to post something to help y?all learn. This order is completely wrong. Clearly... says one is a sandwich and I get 2 wraps. I would?ve gave 1 star but I know you guys are new. I think John Tucker needs toretrain staff and maybe advise them to smile. Every worker I saw there looks like they didn?t wanna be there. Peace. Service was slow, my order was wrong, and the girl handing out my order was rude. The lack of training was evident from the... beginning, the girl taking my order had difficulty finding the menu items, I don't blame her she was very nice and was able toplace my order after getting some help. When approaching the window I was told to pull forward. There are two lanes and as I wasabout to turn right one of the employees kindly asked to stay on the left lane however as i was merging back to the left anotheremployee angrily yelled at me to stay in the lane. Finally I received my order and took off. When It was finally time to enjoymy meal I find out the order was wrong, the box was properly labeled but I was given a grilled fillet rather than the spicyfillet. For the meantime I will visit National City or Eastlake Chic-fil-a while this location gets things sorted out. Read more
