I am completely compelled to tell this story. I was at this location yesterday. Order number 113718. The food and person taking... my order in a mask still? Was good. I don't know how to explain how you can operate a franchise with employees or I thought inCarl's Jr attire, be running around the restaurant yelling at each other. I needed to use the restroom after and the group ofemployees told me they were on break. I have filed AGO paperwork this morning. Tried the new BLT ranch hand breaded chicken sandwich. It had a good taste, but the size should have been larger and the price... should have been lower to truly compete in the fast food chicken war. My chicken sandwich war ranking order based upon taste,quality, quantity, and price thus far is Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, KFC, Burger King, and then Carl's Jr. coming in 5th mainly fortaste. Update: Tried the 3 piece hand breaded chicken tenders with Hot Honey dipping sauce. They were real, not processedpieces of chicken, tender, juicy, and tasty. Although sugar and corn syrup preceded the honey on the ingredients list, thesauce was good with a mild cayenne pepper kick. Read more
The last three times I have tried to come here, nobody has answered the drive through. There are people inside, they are just... talking and on their phones but won't respond. Either update the hours to be correct or have staff that'll work. Read more
I rarely eat at CARL'S. I somehow got an urge to do so. Fries were okay. The spicy chicken tasted okay but was a little small.... It was okay but I walked out knowing why I hadn't been to CARL'S I'm several years. While it was okay, I want the calories to beworth it..and more than just meh.. Read more
Double western bacon burger never disappoints. Friendly staff even when it's always busy during lunch.
Drive through is very fast! The service is professional and polite every time. The jalapeno double cheese burger is my favorite,... decent size for 3 bucks. The fries are better than they used to be, like the oil is different, and they're nice n salty. Theywaste alot of time up-selling at the beginning and end of each order, the driver already saw the options and made a choice dangit. Read more
I've been to this location several times always a no hassle friendly and curious staff and they hooked me up for thanks giving... which I thought was the best. No one has to do anything above and beyond the basics so it's refreshing when they do their partto say like hey we appreciate you as our customer. I commend them for that.thanks again Carl's jr.
