Sourdough burger was terrible the bread was soft and not toasted. Perhaps it was old and no flavor at all. Fries were good.
Ordered a 16.25 dollar meal and asked for an extra ranch, keep in mind I only received one, the lady attendant, which looked... like a supervisor, said I can only have one. I turned around and looked at the shift manager and he had to tell her that it wasfine, to go ahead and give him another. Poor customer service and the place is full of flies. If you come here I recommend youdo drive through. The owner or franchise owner was in the back and was hiding throughout this ordeal. The least they can do isapologize and own up to the mistake.
