This place has THE BEST carbonara I think I've ever tasted. I discovered this place just before I was moving from San Diego and... honestly it's probably for the best that I didn't discover it sooner, I'd probably eat here at least twice a week lol I alsolived in Japan for a while and these are the absolute closest comparison that I've been able to find in the states so far!Definitely recommend! We went specifically to try the souffle pancakes. This area is typically known for difficult parking so we decided to arrive... before they opened. Nothing on this street is open before 11 am on Sundays, so parking lots (the few and limited) were empty. The pancakes take 30 min so we ordered the carbonara based on good reviews. The carbonara came out within a few minutes andthis kept us occupied while we waited for the pancakes. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The carbonara was good! Souffle pancakes came out a little over 30 min but were warm and worth the wait! We got the Ube and Chocolate cornflake to eatthere. We ordered 2 more pancakes to take home (these have to be assembled when you get home so not pretty like what you wouldget for dine in). Overall, very successful foodie meal. Read more
People need to know how good the food is here. The pancake souffle is to die for! The spicy glaze wings are addicting and the... tom yum speghetti is so good! Keep in mind, it takes at least 20 mins for the pancakes, but you have to know it takes long tomake in general - so worth it! The crepe cakes are pretty good as well. Read more

Best chocolate banana soufflé pancake, ube crepe is ok (need a little sweetness). We Also had zapp spicy chicken wings and... regular fried chicken wing. Both delicious and crunchy. It was worth a visit. Read more
This place has the best Japanese soufflé pancakes have eaten and with out the wait. I tried going to morning glory a few times... over in little Italy but the wait was always ridiculous. At least here I am always able to sit down as soon as I order. Theyalso have a quaint little outdoor sitting area where you can have one of their teas. Read more
While I have not tried the entree?s here, you should really come for the desserts. The Pancake Soufflés are simple out of this... world. Not too sweet and wonderfully fluffy with amazing toppings. I would go out of my way to come here just to eat these. Just thinking about them now makes me want to go back. Read more
