The staff is the reason why I come here to eat. I don't usually eat fast food but whenever I do, I come here because of the... staff; especially the manager. The manager and staff attend to the ALL diners with dignity and kindness. The staff arecourteous, and attentive and get the food out quickly. The dining room is always clean. I come here once a week whenever I get acraving for fast food and am too lazy to make breakfast. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars for the Atmosphere is because ofthe location but I gave 4 stars because the manager and staff handle any "Karens" kindly but firmly. Read more

No restrooms! How do people wash their hands before they eat??? GROSS!!! VERY unsanitary and unhealthy. In fact, a HUGE health... hazard that the city needs to look into. 1. No refills (yes, you pay 2.99 for your small cup full of ice/8 ounces of coke) 2Morning management is inept, rude, liars, and unpleasant... corporate and the health department need informed. 3. They RE-FRYfood! Those RUBBERY french toast sticks that were sitting around for an hour? Yep, right back in the fryer! Oh yeah, if you likefermented/upcycled tomatoes and lettuce on your Whopper, come here!!! 4. The place hasn't been cleaned/detailed in years. Did Imention NO RESTROOMS? People come in touching EVERYTHING (in a restaurant) with their dirty, germy hands! Then eat too!!??? Canyou say SERIOUS HEALTH CODE VIOLATION?? By law, EVERY eat-in restaurant needs a BATHROOM for consumers to use!! Lucy isespecially culpable and is a bad manager who discriminates, manages emotionally, and verbally abuses customers regularly. Shemust go. Shut the place down. Bad ownership who is hostile to the homeless, making this the worst Burger King in San Diego County. No bathrooms, no refills.... You?re greeted once you walk in by a sign stating over 20 minutes is loitering. Read more
It's truly sad that people justice judge a restaurant simply because that restaurant have the decency to treat and serve... everyone regardless of your living situation. Well here's a bit of info for you. If you live in an apt. You're also homeless.You pay thousands of dollars a month for a place to sleep and put your stuff. Your money comes from work. You don't knowpeople's reason for being homeless. Any restaurant or business that looks out for the less fortunate is what's right about thiscountry. That burger King gets 5 stars for that alone. Well where should I start...this particular location is not very acceptable if you drive. Parking is very difficult it's on a... one way street from both sides. Soooooooo..for me to get here needlessly to say takes an effort. Mostly the customers that comehere live nearby..literally on the sidewalk. I only come here because of their app which does have great deals. And in the pastthey had a good value menu...but it seems things have changed behind the scenes..what's posted on the menu isn't what theycharge you. Awesome service. ???? Only complaint is that I wanted a Chocolate Shake, yet one of the workers accidentally made a half Oreo/... half Chocolate Shake and asked if I wouldn't mind having that instead. Well, I'm not one for wasting good food/beverage's, so Itook the shake. Yet, I shouldn't have to get something I didn't order. Good place to get a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and they make you feel appreciated.
