Food is good quality but the drive through process is slightly irritating and weird. There is one girl that when she works she... HALTS you to not come near the drive thru pick up/pay window until SHE is ready for you. Her excuse was ?oh it?s because thereare different ticket orders?. Ummmmmm I was the only one in the drive thru and it was an ONLINE order. It?s annoying. What?s thedifference of me waiting next to the window like a NORMAL experience at a drive thu restaurant. Ordered the whopper with cheese and medium fries. After an hour of eating my meal I got diarrhea and an upset stomach!!! They... need to do a better job when it comes to sanitation and cooking their food! Read more
Honestly Disappointed in the new look and how over price everthing is now. When i came here before they were closed for a year... and a half for remodel I felt i was in a Burgerking. Nice and spacious and lots of natural light. This new remodel I feel likeI'm in a indoor mall food court. Also there is a bagel shop as well in the dining room. Seating feels limited and also thedining area feels very small even though the building is the same size. The prices are kind of over priced like a wopper meal isabout $10. Overall kindof bummed seeing the Burger king I use to come to all the time turn into a disappointment. Read more
Excellent Double Whopper with Cheese. Fries were hot and well prepared. Their soda machine offers a variety of Coke products... with extra flavorings. I'm a Cherry Coke Zero fan. Good chocolate shake too. Read more
Worst Burger King ever!! Not only has this Burger King consistently gotten my order wrong, they?re also extremely rude when you... tell them. Their response is well your order was too difficult. I?m sorry, but if I asked for extra onions and you decide thatmeant no onions, the order is too difficult?! Not to mention they?ve actually left out entire happy meals from an order that hadonly 2 items. Let?s not forget how I actually received one of my burgers today. Still a good place to have lunch. Fast service, nice people, good food. I even got a bonus tater tot. And won a self serve... ice cream with their ????stranger things scan a the cup promotion. Ok also tried their new motzerela sticks, not bad.. not greatjust ok. Older review This is a very good Burger King location. The people are friendly, curious and very fast. Mostimportant, accurate. We have been to Burger King King before so this wasn't our first visit. But in Mira Mesa we decided to eat here. The food was... fresh made. The lobby was clean and kept up. The outside was clear of garbage and clutter. Cashier was nice and polite. Read more
Placed an online order at 10:30 PM, drove out and the drive-thru was closed at 10:45, despite the app, website and a sign... claiming it was open until 11 PM. The website made it easy to refund the order, but still a waste of time and gas. Read more
