Service was absolutely poor. Took forever, brought wrong items, food was bland. 95 year old moms food came 10 minutes after the... first 5 meals and only after I had to go to the hostess and inquire about it. It's not like the place was really busy becausethat I could understand, but it wasn't. The waitress seemed very unconcerned. We were there celebrating a 50th birthday andthey brought a small Birthday dessert after we received our check. Just a small note, I have never left a comment like thisEVER BEFORE. I used to love the prime rib here but it's become very mediocre , overpriced and way way way too salty. Sent one ordered medium... which was burned to a crisp back. Service was just ok staff didn't place silverware in front of us just on the side of the tablelike we were at a picnic. The rest of the service was fine and friendly enough. Read more

Tye prime rib wasn’t as large as I... was thinking it would be, but I have to say the flavor made me not even care about the smaller size. It was delicious and plentyof food. Their prime rib is the best! The service not so, this visit. When we walked in the hostess was not there. A waitress had to... seat us, after a 5 minute wait. The table was not set so when she brought our salads we had to ask her for silverware. My wifeordered a second glass of water & a glass of wine, neither showed up by the time we got our dinner. So she just canceled thewine. They also are adding 3% charge to your bill to recoup the cost of the increased minimum wage. (Not a big deal) Whatbothers me is they printed new menus & at the top is their notice of the added 3% service charge, why not just add the 3% to themenu price itself? ( More of an honest price!)
