The good: the sandwich was really good I highly suggest the western brisket, the picture doesn't look like the sandwich as I... feel they skipped on the amount of brisket that was on my sandwich. The bad: there were two girls in the morning shift one wasmaking bagels for a Togo order the other girl was not doing any thing but standing there. She asked me what I would like toorder and then told the girl to make my food. Her name started with a p. I was so disgusted with her attitude. She should havehelped me instead of the other girl who was already busy. Poor customer service. Read more
The cheesy hash brown bagels are not especially cheesy or crispy. The sandwiches are fine. Nothing exciting.
The bagel was good but the Customer Service Veronica gave was horrible. She was very rude and argumentative just because I asked... for less ice in my coffee and less syrup then became upset because I asked her to remake it since she did not listen and made ithow she wanted anyways. She continued to argue as she walked around the counter to the ice machine which she made out to be ahuge inconvenience for her to take an extra 12 steps and commenced trying to scold me because ?that?s not how they make them, itcomes with 3/4 of ice because it?s concentrated ?. Two other customers inside were displeased with her attitude as well and saidif they knew they were going to get this type of service they?d rather go to McDonalds across the street. Ordered on doordash and my ?Turkey? Chipotle had about half a slice of Turkey on it?.not acceptable at all. Idk who is handling... portion control but get it together! Read more
I frequent this place because they are quick and have fair pricing on bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They have some indoor... seating in you need a place to munch. But this venue is great for quick pickup when you are on the go. Read more
Veronica the manager runs at top notch cafe here this is an incredible One-Stop breakfast restaurant but get here early cuz... they close at 2:00 p.m. wonderful menu items large selection of bagel sandwiches.Laura and Tanya rock this place and Ryan theyrun this ship like a true bakers.. Pretty disappointed with this location - we asked to have the bagels cut in half, and they cut them all haphazardly, leaving... tiny thin halves and thick halves. Won't be returning. Read more
