Cute little bagel shop in the scripps ranch marketplace mall..my kid loves visiting here for a good bagel and we often visit for... a nice morning bagel with cream cheese. They have good varieties of bagel and cream cheese flavors. I always get the cheesy hashbrown for bagel coz I love it and mix and match with cream cheeses but love thier garden veggie spread more than all. Did notlike the taste of jalepeno bagel as i felt the jalepeno flavour was overpowering..The bagels are mostly always fresh and wellmade. My daughter loves her blueberry bagel with strawberry cheese spread and never complained . The outside of the shop has anice seating area with tables and chairs so we always have a casual relaxed time there. Overall love it. Read more

There are better bagel shops, but this one is close to home. Their bagels are ok, but not the best in town. I think they use... pre-packaged cream cheese rather than mixing their own, and it shows in the flavor. It tastes like the kind you get in thelittle tubs at the supermarket, not like with fresh ingredients. I'll keep going here when I feel like having a bagel but don'twant to drive far. They're a chain, so if you like their stuff you'll find it everywhere. Definitely not my first choice, though. Read more

I was hoping to try these bagels because they smelled so good when we walked in! But we ended up walking out with nothing... because the staff was coughing so much while taking orders and handling food. Read more

My Favorite pastrami sandwich! It comes with double pastrami and double cheese which makes me a Regular. Leslie is my favorite... Maker and as you can see I got extra onions and an extra pickle sliced bilaterally. More than anyone else, Leslie wasparticularly intent on creating a delicious sandwich for me. My advice to you is to be conversational and use Your imagination;the reward will be a more a more satisfying and tasty sandwich, which may be memorable. (Please click ????????. Thank you. ) Read more

Sandwiches are ok, but service is absolutely horrid, asking for a bagel is like pulling teeth for these workers. First time, I... thought "maybe they're having an off day" but came back again to give it a second chance and NOPE. All the workers areperpetually having an off day. It's sad cause you come here trying to start your day right and these people just drain yourenergy. Read more

Ordered a Western Bagel which comes with egg and bacon for $8 plus delivery fee. This is how it was received! With just onion... stiff cheese and bell peppers. Very annoying never ordering here again. Read more

I waited 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. I said hi when I walked in the door and nobody responded back. The only... person to acknowledge me only said two words to me. First was the name on the order and the second was the word yes to confirmthat I had heard the name on the order correctly. It was overall an entirely awkward and uncomfortable situation and experience.I would like to know that you are still in the customer service industry and whereas you don't necessarily need to smile at alltimes (because that's total bull) you should still acknowledge your customers. Then again the customers there were just as rudeas the employees. I was standing basically all the way up against the table and a customer cut in front of me and the table. Ihad to take a step back or he would have bumped into me. I said excuse me very politely and he said nothing and then proceededto do the same thing a second time to walk back to his seat. There was plenty of room to walk behind me and around me. I was notin the way and I was standing where it said to wait to be helped. Overall I think that the customers and the employees herecould use a huge upgrade. Good luck team. Read more

Went to Bruegger's and got the pastrami, egg, and swiss to-go and received rotten egg. Two rotten pieces of egg were sandwiched... together. I only found out after eating half the sandwich. Perhaps it's presumptuous of me to assume someone knowingly servedthis rotten egg to a customer, but it's difficult to overlook green egg while preparing a sandwich. Seriously, be careful eatinghere because the cooks do not care what they serve you. If you do, please check your sandwich to avoid food poisoning. Read more
