I've been here three times and each time within the business hours listed on Google, this one has been closed. One of the times... we actually saw employees leaving and asked if they were open and on break or lunch and one of the three females stated '"Nowe're closed". We then communicated that there was still an hour and a half of open hours that has them on Google and shereplied "It was slow so we closed ea6" I have heard so many great reviews from friend's about this company and have been wantingto try Better Buzz. . Ok I would give 0 stars if I could. But I will give them a star for my drink because it was good. I ordered my stuff ahead of... time this morning. App said 6 minutes until it was ready. I got there and there were five other people standing around and acar waiting that had to pull around. My drink was ready when I got there (nice!) but they didn't even tell me any update aboutmy açaí bowl. I stoked and waited for twenty minutes while they "made" the açaí bowl. In reality, they stood around talkingand working as slow as possible. Not concerned that there was literally a crowd waiting for their food/drinks. They acted likethere were no customers outside. I understand being busy in the morning, but these workers acted like they could care less thatwe were all waiting. They just stood talking and one of them took their apron off and walked out the store telling me "they'repreparing my açaí bowl fresh." Don't know how long it takes to cut up half a banana and a strawberry, apparently it's twentyminutes. ON TOP OF THAT, my açaí bowl is rock hard. I've been trying to wait for it to melt for twenty minutes and it's notmelting. They didn't blend it or anything. I can't even eat it and I'm pretty sure I paid $10 at least for it. I usually lovethis location. They're usually quick and efficient and my stuff is ready when I get there. This morning was awful. To be fair,I think the girl was new. So I'll cut her some slack. But the worst part was really is they didn't seem to care or apologetic.In fact, they just ignored us standing around and didn't offer any explanation for why they were just standing around. Iusually don't like to leave negative reviews, but once I realized I couldn't even eat this stupid bowl, I had to saysomething. Moral of the story is don't go there in the morning if you have to get to work and check your açaí bowl before youleave because you might not be able to eat it later. Ordered a large coffee with a lot of cream. When I got my coffee it tasted like water with a splash of coffee. I took it back... and explained that it tasted like water and even showed her the coffee that also looked like water. She said they just brewed itand she added a lot of cream. I explained to her that I drink a lot of coffee and even with a lot of cream it shouldn?t tastelike water. She finally said she would get me another one. Guess what?! $6 for 24oz of coffee-flavored ice cubes. If this is the ?light ice? option on your app I?m assuming you just serve a block of... ice if the customer selects ?regular ice?? The coffee here tastes better than Dunkin, but at least they follow instructionsthere. Read more
