Came to this location since I was in San Diego and I regretted so much... I usually go to the Better Buzz in Temecula where I... live, but I decided why not try another location I am sure every location has just as amazing customer service. WRONG!!! Notonly did they give me my drink half full, my drink was in between warm and cold... WHATTTT. How could that be when I asked forextra hot??? So, when I decided to go back around and ask for them to re-make my coffee all the employees did was laugh at me...They were both so rude... Ordered pickup this morning and realized that they missed the croissant on my order after I returned to home, called the store... for almost two hours wanting to see if I can go back and pick up the missing croissant, but no one answered the calls. Food isreasonable, but very disappointing that there is no way to follow up with the store regarding the order in a situation likethis. And the phone number listed in the order receipt is basically an empty number that no one responds. Update - reached outto the email as the business said, no response! I got a Honey Latte that was super tasty and needed no tweaking. My fiancee got a chai latte that she said was really good. I... tasted it and the spices lingered for minutes. It was very strong, and spicy. Staff was also nice and the store itself wasclean and pleasant. Read more

For coffee, snacks and overall food quality items a 5 star!! ?? service could have been better- we had asked for chocolate... croissant ???? ???? warmed up but she have a plain cold. This chain coffee shop couldn't be in a better spot with great rooftop patio views of the ocean! The coffee was great- their... specialty drinks are super sweet, which I am not into but the flavors piqued my interest. The food felt a little mass producedin an unexpected way- I know what to expect when I walk into a Starbucks but for the price here I wanted something a littlemore. We ordered on line and came in to pick up. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich. I was very disappointed. There was 1 piece of... turkey, and a small amount of cheese. You could barely taste any pesto and it was only on a small part of the bread. I thoughtthey made the sandwiches there but it was not good at all. Definitely not worth the $9.00 I paid.
