Lots of ice cream flavours. The cotton candy tastes like... cotton candy! The vanilla flavour was nice for me as it was not... sweet. Nice service and a place to sit in. They also sell cakes and take home ice cream. Read more
Very unprofessional. Dropped our lid on the floor. Laughed about it and never proceeded to change it. Despite confronting them... about it they acted like nothing happened. Without gloves picked it up the floor and put it on our ice cream. Extremelyirresponsible. I work at chipotle and even we get a instant write up if we drop something and pick it back up and give it to thecustomer. Be it the bags. Or bag of chips. We must throw away the item and change gloves before continuing. It doesn?t matterhow fast we pick it up or what it was. It will be a write up. Same needs to go for here. Unprofessional with no gloves andunprofessional with picking up off the floor with bare hands. Regardless of how big or small whenever someone is handling anytype of food that will be eaten must be handled with gloves and more so no putting something on the food when it has touched thefloor. To also laugh about it is not professional either. Mistakes happen. I?ve forgotten to heat up a tortilla before giving itto a customer. I either don?t laugh until the customer leaves. Unfriendly and doesn?t speak English. The workers seemed annoyed that we were there to buy ice cream. Their English was not good... so it was difficult to understand what they were saying. Read more
Going in is a nice experience and I like the menu items but I ordered a Reese?s layered sundae and instead of crushed Reese?s... I?m 90% sure they put crushed Heath bar instead. I asked the employee about it because it didn?t look or taste like crushedReese?s. They said it was in the area labeled Reese?s and it could?ve been made differently which is why it looks different. Ididn?t want to push it further because it?s just ice cream but looking back, it costs a bit more than regular ice cream and Ifeel like they could?ve investigated a bit more to see if they made any mistakes. (Also there wasn?t any other people aroundand they didn?t appear to be making a cake order or anything else important so I don?t think it would?ve been troubling to seeif the crushed toppings were placed in the correct places) For the future it?d be nicer if they took more time, if it?s not busyor hectic, to check that the ingredients are correct if someone is unsatisfied Read more
