Recently visited the area. One of the managers (Christy) was rude with me and other customers. I also overheard her being... incredibly condescending and hostile with employees in front of customers. I can't imagine what she's like behind closed doors.The store itself seemed to be in order, and the other employees were kind and helpful. Read more

Nice location, fairly organized and clean. It can feel a bit busy with traffic, but the service is good and workers are helpful... when you need a hand. Selection is fine, I did not havr trouble finding books on language, music, coding, and other stuff I waslooking for. Read more
