The food was great and the manager was amazing but the restaurant did not have air conditioning so indoor seating was absolutely... out of question. I was at the stone brewery tap house, which has 5/5 beer, and saw this place next door. I?m from out of state (Texas) where most... Thai restaurants do a spice level of 1-5. I like some spicy Thai food and usually order a 4. Koon Thai does their spice rating1-10, so (without reading the reviews) I ordered a 7 with my drunken noodles thinking that was comparable. It was notcomparable. On the 1-5 scale, their 7 was still a 7. If you?re smart enough to read the reviews before ordering, unlike me, thenuse caution with you spice level. Good food and service, would eat again without destroying my digestive system and ordering alower spice level. Read more
Came in here so hungover, and I was craving a yellow curry to feel better, OMGGG this curry was so bomb!! So flavorful and... tasted so fresh. The service was amazing, and I had a pleasant dining in experience. My waitress was also very attentive andrefilled my water so many times. Def would come back. Read more

Auntie Linh (or Lyn), you've an absolute gem and AAHARN by Koon Thai is very blessed to have you. From start to finish, you made... me feel like family, checked on me frequently, and just made me incredibly welcomed at the restaurant. I stumbled upon AAHARNby Koon Thai after a massive craving for some Thai food, and let's just say, AAHARN delivered. They delivered hard. The pricesare a bit high, but you get an insanely generous portion. Plus, it's a Thai restaurant in Little Italy. I wasn't one bitsurprised. My favorite dish of the evening was the Galangal Coconut Broth. Best. Freaking. Soup. Ever. I enjoyed this more thanmy entree. I could have this soup for days, if not weeks. Well seasoned. Well cooked. The toppings and meat were all fresh. I'mlegit salivating thinking about this. If you're looking for an addition to your meal, and don't want to settle for a clicheappetizer, I strongly encourage adding this dish to your order. My entree of the evening was the Pad Thai Tiger Prawn. Thenoodles definitely reminded me of my time in Bangkok. Each ingredient was well-prepared, including the ground peanuts that hadan alluring authentic taste and aroma. I was a bit so-so on the tiger prawns, as they were a tad bit smaller than I'm typicallyused to. They were also grilled, and you can smell the smoke and fumes in each and every bite. Again, I think it didn't add toomuch for me. Overall, the pad thai was decent, not the best I've had, but with the generous portions, I'd definitely considerordering this again. Loved it! Absolutely delicious with fantastic service. Nice patio with a large fire table and beer available next door to the... restaurant. Pic show only the beer but the curry was wonderful. Spicy, so choose your spice level carefully. Read more

Delicious Thai cuisine. Very fresh. Level 7 spice was reasonably spicy for someone like me who enjoys hot sauce on everything.... Would recommend level 5 or below for anyone who isn't a spice lover.
