There was a wait to get into the bakery which I found out was typical for this store. I purchased a jalapeño cream cheese... filled bread that was deliciously spicy. I also got a chocolate bread bowl and croissant. The jalapeño bread was the best. Thestore is small but has many options for lots of flavor palates. The bakery also has cakes and many drink options. I'm guessingeveryone can find something they'd like to try. Read more

This is a wonderful place. For just a couple dollars you can get some exquisite pastries that are replicas of some traditional... pastries and I'm not sure what the background of this place is but it's some incredible classic style pastries. They arebeautiful. They are constantly rolled out fresh. I do think the coffee is quite expensive and I've never tried it cause I don'treally drink that much coffee but the pastries are a value there is always a line here this is a very highly recommended placeto try if you want just a special dessert and it's very affordable. They have amazing pastries. Read more

I love this location much more than the Mira Mesa one. I always had pleasant experiences at here. Got some breads and cakes and... ate at the mall, so nice! The service is good and people are nice and friendly. I will definitely come back this location for85C breads. Btw, I had a Aussie meat bread and rose milk tea this time, it?s so good! I love! Baked good are awesome, but the coffee on the other hand is a waste of money. My coffee came out bland. Upon returning it, the... staff that was fixing my coffee was having a bad day(guessing) because it tasted like a bag of sugar when I received it back. You may want to look for smiling faces before you order coffee to be sure you get coffee without personal issues mixed in it. Ijust went to Starbucks afterwards, your not going to ruin my day 85 Degrees. Read more

They love brioche and I love the desserts they make with it. Up until recently my favorite thing on their menu was the... Berrytale...and has been for the past 5 years. It's basically berry jelly and cream cheese in a brioche bun and wow is itdelicious! Well, they have a new dessert brioche roll called the Hokkaido custard bun. I would describe it as a brioche creampuff, but it kind of has a tres leches cake flavor to it. Soooo....that's what I'll be going back for next time because it's asgood as it sounds. Don't shy away from their drinks. They are on par with the brioche rolls. We've tried a few like thesalted caramel series, the usual Taro smoothie with boba, and most recent the Mango Strawberry smoothie which tastes like astrawberry shortcake drink. Definitely try this place. Read more

Well, no surprise. A solid bakery with standard selection. Go early . I don't have much selection near 7pm.
