Probably the worst Thai food we have ever got. My husbands was pretty flavorless. Mine was inedible and I ended up just throwing... it away. Would not recommend. Read more

Came in for dinner, ordered 3 entrees. The 2 entrees for my wife and daughter I asked to be spiced at 0/10, my entree I asked... to be spiced at 5/10. I asked the girl at the counter to repeat the order just to make sure she had it. When I arrived at homewith the food, it turned out my daughter and wife's food was spiced at 5 /10 and my food at 0/10. My wife and daughter couldnot eat their food, and mine was bland and unappealing. Very disappointing. Otherwise, the place was clean and the service wasfriendly. Read more

You guys need to change the prices on your website. The prices on your website do not match the prices in your restaurant you... need to fix that it's very misleading. Not a good look at all false advertisement you really need to fix it. Read more

I wanted to try something new so I stopped by 55 Thai Kitchen on my way off SDSU campus. The prices looked reasonable and it... wasn't busy at the time I went in. My first issue was that there was no description for any of the menu items. The girl workingbehind the counter was super friendly and offered to answer any questions about any/all items, but I felt awkward asking her totell me what's in everything. lol So I ended up just ordering the first/only thing I asked about (Pad Thai Noodes...and ifyou're interested, it's thin long noodles, some sort of orange colored sauce, peanuts, green onions, there was suppose to bebean sprouts, but they forgot to put any in mine. You also add either chicken, veggies, tofu, or half and half of 2 of thosechoices). I am a super big baby when it comes to spicy things (i know, i probably shouldn't be ordering thai then haha) so Irequested it to be 0/zero spice. Unfortunately someone put a ton of red pepper flakes all up in it. :/ My weak mouth was on firelol From what I could taste before the burn, it tasted okay. The flavors were good! The noodles were one solid lump and superchewy. Tasted old. But that might be my fault because it took me 20min to drive home before I got to try it. I'd like to givethis place a second chance. Luckily the sweet girl working is giving me a replacement pad thai next time I come through. I'llupdate this after i try it again....! :) Read more

Very limited menu. When eating first time at a Thai restaurant, I always have the Pad Thai. It was OK, but not available with... pork. Also had a nice peanut flavor but very few actual peanut chunks. The only pork item is a friend appetizer (did not get). I ordered Pad Thai with chicken (picture) at spice level 2. I don't like spicy food but could have kicked it up a notch ortwo. Beef, shrimp, or fish is an extra dollar. Probably will come back and try the soup. They use real bowls or paper insteadof styrofoam, unlike the Chinese place next door. Read more
