Husky white lady with arm tattoos working drive thru has horrible customer service. No manners . Acted very snobby. Rushes the... order . I just went through today and had a horrible experience. A great experience. While no other food joint in walking distance offered to help, the team at this location exceeded... expectations by providing me a meal with the few clams I had on me while at work up the way. I come here a lot and it seems like every time I go, my order is wrong. Today for example; ordered extra sour cream on one... item(which is an extra charge) that?s had little to none on it and asked for no tomatoes on my other item, and to my dismay, itwas packed full of them . No napkins in the bag, forgot my drink, like a mess, for a small order. I don?t know if it?s anemployee who doesn?t care or hasn?t been trained correctly, but I?ve done similar jobs myself, it?s not hard to do, you justhave to pay attention. MY husband and I eat here ALL the time. He loves taco bell. The staff here is always so nice to us too. And they're pretty... fast. Only complaint is they do mess the order up a lot. It's not really a big deal to us cause we just come back around andthey fix it. Sometimes since they mess it up they give us extra stuff so that's nice (and totally worth it to me). They evenallowed us to come back the next day when they forgot something (a lot of restaurants wouldn't allow that) which is nice causeI'd hate to drive all the way back out for one taco. (We normally order too much food anyway). Also I love how they aren'tstingy on the hot sauce. Sometimes they give too much but now I have a collection at home for taco nights.
