Just WOW!!! I couldn?t have dreamed of a better cake. They took our sandcastle idea and made it better than we could have ever... imagined. The small details were impeccable and it honestly looked like it was made of real sand. Not to mention, the cakes wereabsolutely DELICIOUS and VERY fresh. I don?t have one negative comment to say. Staff were so organized with the orderingprocess, very accommodating for pickup/delivery and ensured cake was structurally sound for transport. Go ahead and order now!Best cake of your life! Just wanted to share my experience so another bride doesn?t open her cake on her wedding day and want to cry. I called the... bakery over a month before our wedding and told them I wanted a specific cake I took the picture off their website and emailedit to the woman telling her I wanted that specific cake with the flowers and everything and she said no problem we can do that -she never said they were not able to provide flowers never told me anything other then ?yes we can do this?. After our ceremonyand our meal we went to open the box to our cake to find a plain white cake with NO decorations that were promised. I wanted tocry it was so upsetting to find a horrible looking cake. I called and was finally able to get ahold of someone a few days lateronly for them to say that I signed a contract apparently in tiny writing it says they don?t supply fresh flowers they didn?ttake responsibility for anything it was so upsetting because they could have told me this when I first ordered so I would havehad the chance to choose a different cake but I wasn?t given that opportunity and I can?t go back it was one day the mostimportant of my life and the cake was ruined. They shouldn?t have pictures of cakes on their website that they aren?t able to doand they should be telling their customers the truth not lying and saying they can do things and it doesn?t happen. Happened upon this cute little shop. Ordered Pina colada cup cakes and German chocolate for the fam for a midday treat. Very... tasty: the Pina colada frosting was light and creamy with delicate pineapple flavor and a cherry on top and the German chocolatewas moist Dutch chocolate with a pecan coconut frosting that was delicious. Sugar Blossom made the cake, cookies, brownies, macaroons, cheesecakes, and cupcakes for my wedding. Every single dessert they... made was absolutely AMAZING! Our cake had tiers of carrot cake/cream cheese frosting, lemon cake, chocolate cake/chocolatemousse. Each layer had cake that was perfectly moist, delicious, and unique. Lei at Sugar Blossom Bake Shop made us the perfect wedding cake and we got so many compliments on how TASTY it was! Lei was so... sweet and hosted a tasting for us, to try her different flavors. We just wanted to do a sweetheart cake alongside otherdesserts, so we wanted the cake to be GOOD. We kept it simple, just a one-tier, semi-naked vanilla cake with fresh strawberriesin between the layers. Simple, but SO delicious, great cake flavor and perfect frosting!
