If I could give zero stars I would. First if all, Laura (who had no name tag on) did not wash her hands. The knives were dirty... and disgusting. I had an online coupon good for one free classic sub. I showed her it on my phone. She told me to click on itwhich gave me 5 minutes before it expired.This was , by the way, straight from Subway's official website. I told Laura that Icannot eat pork. She said I could get steak. OK, that was fine. At the checkout, She said "I cannot. My manager will kill me. Ithas to be thrown away. Your coupon says classic. We can only give you pork for classic." I know for A FACT that turkey is aclassic sub.She made me click on and waste my coupon! It was only good for 5 minutes. I asked for the managers phone number. Shejust laughed about it and wrote down the wrong number for Francisca Esrtada! I called and got the voice mail for somebody else!I walked to your subwAy for a special 4th of July treat with a coupon that I was saving for this occasion and now it is goneforever! I feel that I am owed an apology for this incompetence. I have worked in the food industry for many years, includingSubway. If I was to ever treat a customer this rudely , tell them my manager would kill me , that I was throwing the sub I madethem into the trash , laughed at them and gave them a false number, I WOULD BE FIRED!!! I would love for management to get backto me as soon as possible to address my grievance. Thank you! Read more
