I ordered the #4. Had a short wait because the individual ahead of me ordered 4 sandwiches. I appreciate that they made it the... way it is described on the menu instead of asking me each time if I want this or that. They did ask me if I wanted it toasted. Isaid yes.. It was a good break from the traffic jam on the 5. Also got a large mango Agua Fresca that was not too sweet and verygood for a hot day on the road. Read more
Went in at 8:36pm and was told by a Hispanic female and male that they?re closed. I asked then why does the sign say 10pm and... the response was ?that was before the pandemic?we noticed on the way out that a second paper written says 9pm.. although itstill wasn?t 9pm. Horrrrible service! I work in the service industry and never ever eveeer complain but this time I had to! ?Arnold? or so he says... his name is, wouldn?t let me order 3 sandwhiches and 2 salads due to it being ?too big of an order?! There was NO one else inthe store. Also he had no hat on and long hair ???? he was willing to make me the sandwhiches but said i would have to order thesalads online? I don?t get why he wouldn?t just make them knowing he had no other people inside and he?d end up making itanyways? He said he was going to be closing early that night so I assume he just didn?t want customers! Super frustrating andwill never give this subway my service again!!!!
