Taylor, Had the most unprofessional childish horrible attitude she actually growled because she had to make a correction on... something definitely should not be working customer service at Starbucks. she should be working somewhere in a Walmart andthis is the type of service she It?s comfortable providing very sad! usually great experience good baristas never wrong order just some good starbucks things. But I came in about a week ago and... there were a few guys and gsle chatting i walk up to the register and i stand there for 5-10 minutes before they finish therechat. then the barista didn?t know what she was doing and i ordered a vanilla cold brew without ice because i like the drink andwith my meds i can?t have to much cold. then when j finish ordering they keep talking the whole kitchen is a mess and my ordercomes out in like 30 minutes. If you love waiting in the curbside pickup area for 15 minutes while they bring out the food and drink of everyone who showed up... after you, causing you to go inside and pick your food and drink off the counter which is now cold because of how long it hasbeen sitting there, then this is the place for you. This has happened twice and there's no reason it needed to happen. I'dunderstand if it wasn't ready yet and they were running behind, but BOTH times my items have been sitting on the counter andcold being ignored. Read more
I visit 3-4 different starbucks regularly due to my long work commute around orange county. Thankfully this place is closest to... my home because the camino de los mares location consistently prepares the best food and especially beverages versus otherstarbucks spots.
