Was driving from LA to SD and needed a quick Starbucks pickup en route. Stopped at this place and it said drive through only,... so went there and no one answered. Came around and saw two employees inside (one behind the counter, one in front stackingsupplies) chatting with each other. The doors were locked and no one even looked up when I tried to open the door. They musthave lost at list 6 people in the 5-10 minutes I was there. Go to San Clemente Outlet one. Super slow drive thru service. Only 3 cars ahead of us and it took us 27 minutes to get some waters. I could probably run a... Starbucks faster if I was working by myself with no barista experience, and had a chimpanzee running the drive thru window. Read more
My car engine light came on again after just having it serviced, so I stopped at nearby service station. I was hoping to go... inside cafe instead of the drive-thru, even after giving my car a rest. But it seems the front door is locked past 6AM still. Read more
Went today for some breakfast but they only had one thing that I actually wanted.. i think they could hear the disappointment on... my voice.. when i got to the window they kindly said it was on them today since they didnt have anything i wanted. Accessibility is awful, no order pick up. Also no way to go into the store and order. I walked to the door the hand written sign... said opens at 6:00am but was 7:00am. I called the store the person who answered said ?hello?. No introduction. I had to ask if Iwas calling Starbucks. I asked if they were open and the person explained that an ?espresso machine was down? I think it?s anexcuse because they are understaffed. Read more
