Delivery was late. Did not leave any sauce when I ordered 4 sauces. I called and asked for the sauce and they said they would... not bring it. Girls on the phone were rude. We ordered a pizza because we got a coupon in the mail. We tried to tell them over the phone when we were ordering, but they... were too quick to dismiss us and said just bring it in with you. When my spouse got there to pick it up, they told him hecouldn?t use the coupon because it wasn?t for that location. They told him he was going to have to pay full price and they wereextremely rude about it!! So my husband left without our pizza. They actually would rather lose out on the sale completely thangive us the discount and give good customer service. This is no way to run a business! We will Never come back here again!! Read more
The lady on the phone was rude. They don't honor they're own coupons, and they charge about 7 dollars more than the one in Dana... Point (where, in contrast, they are super friendly). This place really has no business calling themselves Round Table Pizza.Way to tarnish the name of my favorite pizza place, that I order from at least once per week. I will never go to thisparticular restaurant again. They lost my business. Terrible customer service. San Clemente Round Table will never receive mybusiness again. They should be shut down. Owner would not refund my daughter her $1.00 for broken claw machine. She didn?t warn other people is was broken or put a sign... on it. She just kept collect $1.00. We spent money on food but also $9.00 just on the machines. Out of principal, my family willnot be returning. In my opinion I don?t think they will be open much longer. Read more
I have spent a lot of money at this pizza place over the years. Today, I went to play one of the arcade claw games and the... machine took my dollar without letting me play the game. I told the lady working there (who I think is the owner) that themachine was broken and it took my money, but all she said was ?sorry, no refunds.? I don?t care about a dollar, but it reallyshows just how mean of a person she is. I?m a college student, and every dollar matters to me. I just wanted a fun evening. WhenI was a kid, whenever that happened, they would replace my dollar or quarter. I don?t know what happened to this place, but Iwill never be coming back again and I regret spending my money there today. Any time we are passing by San Clemente we have to stop here! Inviting and clean dining room. The owner/staff is courteous and... friendly. We absolutely love this Round Table! Their wings are the Best Ever and the Pizza is delicious! Easy parking and fungames for the kids. We love this location! Read more
As a pizza lover, I Just wanna say Round Table is on my list! I ordered a personal Size, and I got the wombo combo: delicious!!!... There is a drink fountain there, the environment is welcoming and the Server (that I think is the owner) was veryfriendly. Grab a slice! Read more
Quite possibly the poorest run business I have patronized, and sadly I have given this place way to many chances. I try and keep... it simple, use the app, gratuity in advance and pick up in store. Never once has my order been ready when I arrived. I have evenbuilt in 15 min buffers and still ended up waiting for another 15 to 20 while watching the staff race around the kitchen to noavail.
