Ordered online at 8:45pm; website said delivery was available at this location until 9pm. Credit card was CHARGED. Store... employee called and said they STOPPED delivering at 8:30pm, and EVEN THOUGH my card was CHARGED, REFUSED to DELIVER me myorder. When I requested the employee's name, she refused to give me her name and said she would also NOT let her manager giveme her name. I did not raise my voice nor did I at any point use profanity. The 'employee 'said she would not give me her name,BECAUSE i was not being 'nice,' for threatening to file a complaint, with Corporate. Beyond DISAPPOINTED. I'm ONLY sorry I cantgive this location ZERO stars. I NEVER write reviews, but it is FRAUD to charge your credit card and NOT deliver what you paidfor. Read more
Every time I order for either delivery or pick up, the people are very nice!!! Even though I've been able to tell they were... understaffed, the cashier was kind and had a smile on (even if I couldn't see it,I could feel it). Thank you for feeding myfamily on days where life is just too crazy to make a home cooked meal! Read more
Very strange odd manager working here he does very rude things like write messages on his blackboard out front saying people... can't use their cell phones in the store. He likes to tell you how much you saved with your coupon to try to make you feelguilty. If you say something he doesn't like he gives you dirty looks. THIS MANAGER WILL MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE 100%GUARANTEED!!! I will never go back to this Papa John's... ever.... I would also like to mention the Papa John's has changed itsrecipe they are drowning the pizza in too much sauce and they've cut the size of the crust in half... Absolutely appallinglydisgusting... Went to order pizza online which said it would take 30-40 minutes. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, we went into the store only to be... rudely told by the female manager that the order hadn't even started and they would "start it now" (very condescendingly). WhenI asked for a refund, they gave it to me. However, as I was leaving, they rudely said, "Happy Halloween!" Very unprofessionaland unacceptable. Delivery is always slow, driver just called to tell me their running late (it’s been 1.5+ hours) but he’s on his way, if I... didn’t like that I could call and cancel. I called, no one answered. I called back, I was put on hold for five min beforegiving up. One Sunday I ordered on the app and I guess they never opened because their corporate called to let me know theycouldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. 0 stars. Poor customer service. Drivers are always high, forgot my soda on two seperate orders. To make matters worse i spent... $50 on pizza and I received someone else's order. However, it will be the last. If you ask me, this place should be shut down.They just lost one of their best customers in San Clemente. Time to hit up San Clemente Pizza company. I read some negative reviews but this place did not disappoint. They called to tell me they didn’t have Canadian bacon for our... Hawaiian Pizza so we had them switch it to just regular bacon. The wait time was just what they told us it would be. It wastasty and crispy crust and cooked just right. The staff was very courteous and kind. Read more
Took an hour and a half to deliver a large pizza, and it was cold. Never ordering from here again.
