We ordered the Baja mac n cheese. While we were waiting for out food the manager came to us very graciously and explained that... they were out of the pico for our mac n cheese. He offered to let us switch it, then brought our food to us when it came out and gave us a free pastry for the trouble. Really very nice, and the food is always good. Read more

Derek is probably the best server we have seen at this location. We are always greeted with a smile and notice the extra mile to... help. The store is noticeably clean when we see him there! Ty is also a great help and wonderful cashier and manager, we lovehow happy he is to correct our orders and ensure that we are happy with our meals! Our family loves it here. Hands down the friendliest, most accommodating, and helpful staff I?ve ever been in contact with. Their food is amazing, they... have an excellent bakery which I?ve found to always have something nice to try. Their sandwiches and salads are amazing. Theirapp is the best part for me as you can chose anything from their menu, pay and order through the app, and they?ll put everythingin to go packaging in one bag. This is great for when I?m feeling lazy so I order my lunch for the day from Panera. Their drinksare amazing, especially the cold smoothies, the frozen mocha is my personal favorite. They have a great fountain drink selectionfrom a soda machine to healthier lemonades and teas. The atmosphere for the inside seating is incredible, it?s very warm andwelcome with a bit of a modern feel. It?s always clean on the inside the floor is kept very clean and so are the tables, thestaff is really on it when it comes to cleanliness. The outside seating is very nice especially with the fountain. Overall Ihave no complaints, their food is amazing, their service is the best around, and the atmosphere is stunning. Read more
