Detroit style pizza at its best. Traveling all the way from the north OC to snatch up this tasty pizza is so worth it. What is... better than a great tasting pizza? Well, a great tasting GLUTEN FREE pizza. My gosh they nailed that recipe down! Doesn't tastelike cardboard like those other pizza joints. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Pizza takes longer than your traditionalpizza but they are pretty fast here. A few beers on tap. Nice little patio area to eat your pizza on the spot. Highly recommendthis place. One year ago, almost to the day, we left Michigan to move to Southern California. What have we missed most? Delicious Detroit... Style pizza! But tonight we found it at Gibroni?s! The pizza was perfectly constructed and baked to perfection with thesignature caramelized crust and delicious toppings. And we were thrilled to also enjoy a gluten free pizza every bit asdelicious! After being in Detroit a week prior I was excited to see a Detroit style pizza place in my town. The staff at gibronis where... very welcoming and man the PIZZA WAS AMAZING!!! This is the real deal Detroit Style pizza. I created my own unbelievable gluten free Detroit Style pizza...who knew that was... possible? Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and the pizza was excellent. You wouldn't know it was GF. My dining companion hadthe Chicken BBQ with the usual crust, not GF, and it was outstanding. I will be ordering that GF next time. We willdefinitely be back. Update: Had the BBQ Chicken Pizza again and now they are using a local BBQ sauce, great to support otherlocal SC biz, and unfortunately it is now too spicy for my no pork or beef eating man...which is a drag but we will figuresomething out cuz this pizza is the best in OC by a long, long spread... Finally got to try the Detroit style pizza made by a guy from Detroit. I 10/10 recommend you try this pizza as soon as you can.... The corner slices are perfect with crispy corners with quality toppings. Don't forget to order some cheese bread also ???????? Read more

This is not pizza. This is an experience. It is a wormhole directly to what Detroit style pizza could be with creativity and... choice ingredients. It is unreasonable to expect a pizza to be this delicious. We ordered the Caprice, rife with fig and theperfect balance of melted cheese and the signature Detroit style thick and crunchy crust.
