We usually go to the Fashion Island location, but we tried this one at the outlets. Very disappointed. We were there on Friday... afternoon and the pretzels were hard and a bit burnt. The guy who took our order was just okay we got the mini hot dog pretzels and the mini regular pretzels the regular pretzels... were so good but the hot dog ones were hard as a rock so when I went back to see if I can get my money back he said "no I can'tat this point.." I only had one and my husband had one before taking the back sooo... ?? But I asked if I can just have anothercup of the regular pretzels and he ignored me and handed me another cup of the mini hot dogs saying these ones were just made..so why didn't he give me those ones 2 minutes ago? It's amazing what you can do with the pretzel. It can be twisted, bent, cut into little pieces and covered with just about... anything. So, I ordered a plain pretzel. No butter, no salt, no cheese, just a plain pretzel. They agreed to make me one."It'll take about seven minutes." And it did. Delicious, warm, just out of the oven freshness.
