They always make great drinks and are super friendly. I reduced my rating by 2 stars because they have tables and such and NO... WAY TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE/LAPTOP. It's a sit down Cafe with food and drinks but you can no longer work or spend a decent amountof time there. I won't be choosing that location as my preferred anymore. Read more
Ordered a drink which had customization, the resistance from the staff was uncanny! On top of that rude behavior, and... uncooperative service! Will never go again! I just got Abby?s name and there was another employee who was very rude. I have beena Starbucks customer for over a decade and have been ordering this customized drink forever. I just got an attitude from the barista. I just bought a reusable cup for $18.00 and wanted to ise it with my dragonfruit... drink. After I paid I went to ask the barista if the drink would fit, her reply? I don?t know, I amnjust making the drinks?. Ithen related to her that I just bought this cup and would like to use it, again just rude and cold. I gave a good tip for thecashier who helped. I would rather go to another location where I am not treated with such rudeness and coldness. Thanks tothe cashiers who helped me with redeeming my coupon and my purchase. Read more
As of April 18... all power plugs are sealed off. No matter where you sit, power is not available. Tables are still set up to... discourage you from staying any length of time. You still have to ask for sweetner and creamer as its not set out. Also no WiFiavailable. Read more
I came here to do computer work on my laptop while waiting to pick up a friend at SFO. I ordered a latte since I'd be using... their facilities but they have no electricity outlets for customer use. I was stunned. Another customer was also annoyed becausehe came here to study. I asked for a refund on my latte since I only bought it for while I worked. They kindly refunded me. Ifound the customer service to be good but the owner who decided not to hook up electricity needs to rethink this idea. Read more
