Three starts because we love the food, but the waitress ( lady) is very RUDE!! The day we came to eat indoor, she took our order... with such an actitud, we ask for silverware since idk how to use chopsticks and she got mad because we asked! then she nevercame and check on us if we needed anything and just came back to deliver the bill.. which sucks because at the end of the daywe’re paying for service and expect good customer service. First time in Spiral, the food was good ????would recommend the ramen bowl and sushi????...
Open for seating inside. Not many customers on mother's day. Good food. A little pricy. About $14 to $17 per bento box. Hot... tea is extra charge but water is free. No longer provide free snack or bonus sushi. Sushi is minimum $13 per roll. Servers arenew. They should be better trained for customer service. Read more
Was actually going to go to another sushi place nearby, but we waited like 5 minutes to be seated, with no indication it would... happen soon (there were plenty of empty tables -- we were just ignored for some reason), so went to Spiral, just two doors down. The sushi was great, the service exceptional, the prices reasonable, and the Covid compliance perfect. Also, the sushi cameout really quickly, compared to other places we've been. Highly recommend!
