It looked almost abandoned when we drove up at 11:15am yesterday, but I got out to place the order while my daughter parked the... car and I found the doors locked. Mind you, the chairs weren't upside-down or anything. I saw one woman inside behind thecounter shaking her head NO at me. So we went to the drive through and tried to order chicken sandwich combos and then we'retold that breakfast is available. We thank her and repeat that we want chicken sandwich combos and she repeats about breakfast!So we ask when will lunch be available and we get silence. Of course we left the drive through. They only had Dr. Pepper and Fanta for drinks, the ice cream / shake machine was down, and they had no curly fries. The Cluck... Sandwich was pretty decent though. Read more

Randomly closed?? Went there at a normal dinner time (5:45 pm), and 3 cars were lined up in the drive thru. After several... minutes we all started leaving because nobody answered. I parked my car and went to the front door, only to find it locked withall the employees hanging out in the lobby eating food and laughing at us trying to open the door. This is the second time nowI?ve gone during operating hours and the employees had locked up and refused to serve anybody. What a waste of time! Read more

As if 9/27/22 this place has a great person working in the kitchen. Everything I ordered was perfect, even the soda and... fries. Perfect Ice portion, carbonation to syrup, perfect tomato and dressing to my sourdough jack. The only thing was theorder was not correct and I didn't get curly fries but for a fast food place the food was great not just passable. Read more

Great burger, the spicy chicken was also great. The order was served quickly and with lots of sauces. As a bad point: We went to... the store on foot at 8 PM, and the store was closed even the opening hours state open until 10 PM and we were forced to go onfoot to the drive through. Be aware that the opening hours of the store are not always as anounced. Read more

Don?t go here , I went to drive through got number # 10 (spicy chicken) when I came to parking lot to eat my food it stinks the... food is unhealthy and when I go back to change my food they closed the door I was there for 15 minutes they did not opened thedoor . Not sure why safety department does not check on them , complete disaster. There was another family with kids in the cartold me they ordered online and they were not able to receive their food because they closed the door , a 100% fraud . The ownercan?t deny of all these issue because CCTV is all over and I am sure he/she know everything , better be safe and change yourlocation , good luck if read this review and still want to order from this store . Make sure you have a good health insurancebefore eating here , maybe you?ll end up in emergency room as I trashed my food and waste my money ! Read more

I ordered a double sourdough jack meal with NO sauce an it had everything but ketchup on it. I ordered a vanilla shake an I got... a chocolate. The only thing that was right was the curly fries. Dude seemed anxious. He was sweet an nice just wasn't the bestlistener while taking my order. If I'm spending 15 bucks on a meal it should be correct... Read more

I *used* to like getting food from this Jack In The Box. But, recently I placed an order in the mobile app. When I got to the... restaurant, it was closed when it was supposed to be open, (even had a handwritten note on the door saying closed,) so I wasn'table to get the food I'd already paid for. I went back a few days later. The person in charge was very rude, claimed there wasno way the restaurant could have been closed, didn't believe me when I showed her pictures I took, and basically accused me oftrying to steal their food. After I left, I called the phone number on the restaurant, and also submitted the contact formonline. I never heard back, and finally ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. This was the absolute worst customerservice I've had in a very long time! Well, in the process of keeping me from "stealing" $7 of food, they lost the business ofsomeone who otherwise would've spent a lot of money there in the future. I have no plans to eat here ever again. :( Read more
