A really good place for kids to have fun and celebrate. The staff and the coordinator were excellent. It was really busy but... they did a good job creating a fun experience especially for the kids, as my family and friends have always used this facility.I recommend this place. However, we have a serious concern regarding a security on our account. The next morning, I got a callfrom the manager, who also coordinated the party. She was expressing a disagreement, a sense of disappointment. To my surprise,she stated that we gave the placed a detailed negative feedback on the survey. I explained that we have not written anyfeedback or aware of any survey yet at the time. She confirmed that it was us, that it was our email on the feedback. I'vetold her, if there was a feedback from us that it would be on a positive note. Nevertheless, our great concern is how or whomade the feedback under our email. I wish Chuckie Cheese would look further into this as safety and security matter. Read more

It smells absolutely disgusting as soon as you walk-in, nothing but teenagers working, who literally play (throwing things at... one another) while you're trying to place a food order. We left our pizza & drinks on the table while we went to play and theyliterally threw everything away; only thing they offered was cups, no apology, pizza or anything. Last but not least, there wasno one standing at the door to confirm my daughter was leaving with who she is supposed to be leaving with; major safetyconcern! Management needs to be fired!! No I haven't seen anymore malfunctions so far it, gives you the right amount of tickets, the pizza is really good, the Subway... surfers gane gives you 3 chances also the prizes sr the prize corner are cool. Read more
This place is a rip off. Personal pizza for $15+ each.... I will never go again.
